The house is wrapped in garden and patio, with steps down into the gardens from the South face and the West face. There are two main patio areas - one South facing, accessed from the kitchen with a small breakfast table and chairs.

The larger brick paving patio is to the rear of the property and takes in the breath-taking views of the valley, with a larger table and six chairs.

The sun follows the patio around as it wraps from South to West face.

The terrace area also has a large brick barbecue for those essential summer evenings.

At the bottom of the garden, there is another table and four chairs, providing 270 degree views.
